American Express Open recently interviewed and just released the feature story on our Founder and the Metaphrasis story.

Metaphrasis gets called upon in court cases, insurance statements, medical appointments, social service visits, mental health assessments, industrial site tours, foreign delegations and conferences and other areas. In addition to health care and legal industries, they work in areas including the corporate sector, education, manufacturing and government. While most of the work Metaphrasis does is face-to-face interpreting, the business also interprets by phone and handles document translations, voiceovers and Braille services and transcription. “Everyone deserves to be understood,” she says.
